Mallard Grove consists of custom homes on 115 large, wooded lots. The neighborhood is a quiet oasis along Harris Blvd. in the bustling University City area of Charlotte, North Carolina. We enjoy multiple entrances to the Mallard Creek Greenway trail system which provides opportunities for fitness, recreation, transportation, and nature observation. Charlotte's two major interstates (85 & 77) are both easily accessible from Mallard Grove. The uptown business district is only about twenty minutes away, even during a normal rush hour. Two regional shopping malls, Concord Mills and Northlake, are located nearby. The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is twenty minutes away.

We own no common property and cannot levy fines for back dues or violations of any type.
